Previously, as Sr. Product Manager at Amazon, James has launched and managed a personalization product on Amazon.com with millions of high-value customers. At McKinsey, James has advised global technology and industrial clients to achieve double-digit business growth and transform their business models through IoT and digital services. He also led the market entry strategy and business development initiatives for emerging semiconductor and wind power technologies at Applied Materials and Siemens. James began his career with technology development for SIEMENS. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in China.
